We are looking for Committed, Honest and Enterprising (CHE) legal professionals. Professionals who want to develop services and give customers the added value they expect. Professionals who want to continue to develop and who never stand still.
Our (legal) services increasingly focus on organizing and optimising legal operations. More and more organisations and companies see its added value and want support in this. We use the MYOBI Trust Network and professional services, such as the smart contracting application, to organise the services.
Smart contracting uses contract portfolios and contract libraries, which are made company-specific by legal professionals. Changes in legislation and jurisprudence are incorporated into the contract portfolios on a continuous basis, with the Contract Board responsible for development and management.
Ans Duthler represents Duther Associates on the Contract Board.
Clients call on you as a legal professional when they realize that the corporate legal function can be organized better, faster and cheaper.
Your work varies from conducting a legal assessment, assisting customers in contract negotiations to making contracts company-specific. In addition, you and your colleagues take care of the management and development of contracts and contract portfolios.
All professionals follow training programs, in particular the legal operations program, at Duthler Academy and provide training programs for colleagues and customers. Every professional is responsible for maintaining the level of knowledge.
Which candidate are we looking for?
- University education in Dutch law;
- Specialization in civil law, IT law, corporate law, procurement law or employment law;
- Analytical ability with an eye for detail;
- Accurate and precise;
- Experiences are valuable.
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both orally and in writing;
- Personal responsibility and strong work ethic;
- Sharp eye for spotting needs;
- Positive, “can do”.

The selection procedure is as follows. You get two calls. In the first meeting you will be introduced to an HR employee (and sometimes also to the manager). In the second interview, you speak to the manager and a colleague. If these two conversations have been positive from both sides, you will be invited for an assessment. You will always receive feedback from the assessment, possibly followed by a final interview in which we will make you an offer to work for us.
