This privacy statement explains which personal data Duthler Associates B.V. (hereinafter Duthler Associates) collects and processes, for what purposes it does so, what your rights are and how you can exercise them.
Duthler Associates attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. Duthler Associates is both a controller and a processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), depending on the processing in question. 2. Data collection
Duthler Associates collects personal data from you when you fill in the contact form on the Duthler Associates website, when you sign up for a newsletter or when you register for a meeting organized by Duthler Associates.
3. Purposes of data processing
Below you will find the purposes for which Duthler Associates collects and processes personal data. You will also find the lawfulness on the basis of which the respective data processing takes place and the specific personal data processed per processing.
Handling contact form
Duthler Associates processes personal data for communication purposes based on the data you provide to us. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), namely the processing is necessary for the processing of contact forms.
The following personal data can be entered in the contact form:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
After processing the contact form, Duthler Associates does not store your personal data for longer than one year.
Subscribe to newsletter
Duthler Associates processes personal data for communication purposes when you subscribe to the newsletter. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), namely the processing is necessary to be able to send you newsletters.
If you subscribe to the newsletter, the following personal data about you will be processed:
- Email address.
You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter. Duthler Associates stores your personal data for as long as you are registered for the newsletter.
Register for a meeting
Duthler Associates processes personal data for administrative purposes if you register for a Duthler Associates meeting. The basis for the processing of the personal data is that of Article 6(1)(f), namely the processing is necessary to process your registration for a meeting in the administration. If you register for a meeting, the following personal data about you will be processed:
- Name
- Organization where you work (optional)
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
After processing the registration form, Duthler Associates will store your personal data for a maximum of one year.
4. Confidentiality
Duthler Associates employees who have access to personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of which they become aware, except insofar as they are obliged by law or regulation to make announcements.
5. Sharing data with third parties
Duthler Associates does not provide your personal data to any other party. Only if Duthler Associates is legally obliged to do so, personal data will be provided to supervisory authorities, tax authorities and investigative authorities.
6. Security of personal data
Duthler Associates engages third parties for certain activities. Insofar as these third parties have access to personal data when performing the relevant services, Duthler Associates has taken the required contractual and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is processed exclusively for the above purposes in accordance with the GDPR.
The personal data will be treated strictly confidentially. Duthler Associates has taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of this data. Duthler Associates uses multiple security techniques for this purpose, including encryption, white listing, firewalls and two-factor authentication.
7. Rights of visitors and users
As a visitor to the website or as a user of the Duthler Associates trust network, you have a number of rights that you can invoke:
- Right of access to your personal data;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to be forgotten (deletion of personal data);
- Right to rectification and completion;
- Right to restriction of processing (data minimisation);
- Right to object to data processing.
If you wish to exercise one or more of the aforementioned rights, you can submit a request in writing or digitally to the Data Protection Officer. Duthler Associates will respond to your request in writing or digitally within one month.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This statement may be amended from time to time. The most current version of this statement applies to our processing of your data. This can always be found on the Duthler Associates website.
